Your satisfaction is our highest priority. That is why we offer conditions that go far beyond the usual standard.

• Extended return period: instead of the usual 14 days, we provide a full 1‑month return window so you have enough time to make a confident decision.
  
  
• Long‑term return option: our vases are designed for long‑term use in public spaces. However, if you find that the vase is not suitable for your needs, we offer the possibility of returning it up to 1 year after purchase — based on individual agreement and provided the product is undamaged.
  
  
• Return conditions: the product must be in its original condition, without signs of damage or intervention.

Refunds: once the returned vase is received, we will refund the amount using the same payment method. For returns made after 1 month from purchase, the refunded value is individually determined based on the current condition or wear of the product.

Our goal is to ensure that every purchase feels safe and that you know our vases are an investment you can make with confidence.
