• Delivery time: all our vases and water features are delivered within 3 months from order confirmation.
  
  
• Individual approach: we stay in continuous contact throughout the entire process, ensuring that every step follows the agreed plan.
  
  
• Safe packaging and transport: each product is packed and transported with maximum care. Every vase is placed in a secure, custom‑made wooden transport crate to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
  
  
• Delivery across the EU: we deliver not only within Central Bohemia but throughout the entire EU.
  
  
• Transport cost: delivery within the Czech Republic is included in the price of the vase. We deliver using our own vehicle, allowing for a personal approach and careful handover of the product. Our goal is to make the journey from design to installation as smooth and worry‑free as possible.
  
  
• Quantity discounts: when ordering multiple pieces at once, we can offer a quantity discount ranging from 10% to 25%.
  
  
• Ecological approach: all our products and transport crates meet the strictest ecological standards and reflect the best current practices in sustainable production. We place strong emphasis on environmental responsibility and material efficiency.
